Increased task completion speed by 16% and improved data accuracy by 12% of a new account management website.
This project is still under a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).
This is a preview. If you’d like to see the full study, please reach out to me.
CONTEXT
PlayStation, being a large corporation, has developed a comprehensive ecosystem that includes both public and in-house products. The in-house products consist of partner programs for third-party providers and a separate internal framework.

PROBLEM
The legacy platform's tools had issues including an outdated toolset, high servicing costs, and obsolete functionality, which negatively impacted employee productivity.

GOAL
To achieve our business goals, we migrated essential internal tools to a new platform and redesigned several websites. We evaluated the impact of these changes using success metrics.

PROJECT SCOPE
We successfully migrated our most critical tools to an up-to-date platform. This case study focuses on the redesigning of one of these tools.

BEST PRACTICES
This website was presented as complex data in tables for internal usage. I applied best design practices to organize the information, help users make insights, and take action.

GUIDELINEs
Read more about how to enhance data tables in my accompanying article on Medium (opens in a new tab).
DESIGN
To respect the company's confidentiality, I've recreated a redacted version of the project in my Figma account to show only the layout and design.

The PRESENTATION
I would be happy to share the entire presentation with you during the interview to provide more details about the project.
